I used the leftover from the midsummer indigo dress to make another one of the simplicity blouses I like to make. In addition, I tried to sew the Be mine cardigan from Ellie & Mac.
I used rib knit viscose to sew the cardigan. I think it almost works, but I am not as happy with this cardigan as I wish I could be. It might be that it looks a little bit wonky with the gathering around the waist of the cardigan and the binding looks bulky.
However, it might be that I am not used to the fabric, as it was my first time trying this kind of fabric style. Maybe I should try sewing it with a simple cotton jersey?
