This necklace is a remake of the first jewelery I made in this collection.
The colours is supposed to represent the colours of Laika and also colours from her favorite toys (and her warm sweater), that were often red, purple and/or pink.
The dog “pendant” is handmade glass from a Norwegian bead shop. I found this dog pendant just a few months after Laika passed away, and I bought two and made a simple necklaces with it and gave one to my grandmother in gift and kept the last one for myself. I’m glad I did keep the one for myself because few years later I changd the necklace to this instead.
I have choosen to sell this necklace, since I already have other Laika necklaces in this collection that I really want to keep instead.
